As an independent local company in a region with over 1,000 estate agents, we were incredibly proud to have won 18 prestigious industry awards in 2024, in recognition of our commitment to exceptional customer service.

In October, we won an incredible nine ESTAS awards, with our Cheltenham office being awarded the Grand Prix title of BEST ESTATE AGENT OFFICE IN UK. This is the highest accolade bestowed by The ESTAS and is a reflection of the superb service that Oliver and his team provide. 

 Based on agents' customer reviews, the ESTAS recognises property professionals who are delivering great service to their clients. The Property Centre won Best Regional Group in the Southern Region and was awarded Gold for Best Regional Group in the whole of the UK. Cheltenham also won Gold for Best Estate Agent – Southern Region, with our Quedgeley office winning Silver. Gold and Silver for the West Midlands Region were won by our St. John’s and Worcester offices respectively. The Best in County Award for Gloucestershire was won by our Cheltenham team and Best in County for Worcestershire was won by our St. John's office.

In addition, we saw seven of our offices highlighted for the Best in Postcode Roll of Honour including Quedgeley (GL2) Churchdown (GL3), Tuffley (GL4), Stroud (GL5), Cheltenham (GL50), St. John’s (WR2) and Worcester (WR4).

Winning an ESTA means so much because the results are based purely on customer reviews from clients who have experienced outstanding service from their agents.

Meanwhile, at the Best Estate Agent Guide awards, each of our nine offices was awarded Gold for sales and rated EXCEPTIONAL. The BEAG guide is produced annually by Property Academy which carries out the biggest performance assessment in the estate agency industry to identify the best agencies in the country.

Out of the 13,000 estate agency brands in the UK that are assessed, only 3,000 (20%) make it into the Guide and we’ve gone one further and made it into the Top 500 of those which places us in the top 3% of estate agents in the UK.

The Property Academy judges all agents in an industry-wide mystery shopping exercise based on fixed criteria to establish the best agents in the UK, so winning gold was a real achievement.

Lastly, in November, we were awarded two top prizes at The Negotiator Awards. The Property Centre picked up Silver in two Regional Estate Agency of the Year Awards (South West and East & West Midlands).

Agents are judged by a group of respected professionals with years of experience in the property industry, and winners are selected based on several criteria ranging from the growth and development of an agent’s brand to its innovation and the services it offers.
