As an independent local company in a region with over 1,000 estate agents, we are incredibly proud to have won eight prestigious industry awards in 2023, in recognition of our commitment to exceptional customer service.
In October, we won five ESTAS awards. Based on agents' customer reviews, the ESTAS recognises property professionals who are delivering great service to their clients.
The Property Centre was awarded Gold for Best Regional Group in the UK, Cheltenham won Gold for Best Estate Agent – Southern Region and Bronze for Best Estate Agency Office in the UK while Gold and Silver for the West Midlands Region were won by our St. John’s and Worcester offices respectively.
In addition, we saw six of our offices highlighted for the Best in Postcode Roll of Honour including Churchdown (GL3), Tuffley (GL4), Stroud (GL5), Cheltenham (GL50), St. John’s (WR2) and Worcester (WR4).
Winning an ESTA means so much because the results are based purely on customer reviews from clients who have experienced outstanding service from their agents.
Meanwhile, at the Best Estate Agent Guide awards - we were awarded Gold for sales. The BEAG guide is produced annually by Property Academy which carries out the biggest performance assessment in the estate agency industry to identify the best agencies in the country.
Out of the 13,000 estate agency brands in the UK that are assessed, only 3,000 (20%) make it into the Guide and we’ve gone one further and made it into the Top 500 of those which places us in the top 3% of estate agents in the UK.
The Property Academy judges all agents in an industry-wide mystery shopping exercise based on fixed criteria to establish the best agents in the UK, so winning gold was a real achievement.
Lastly, in November, we were awarded two top prizes at The Negotiator Awards. The Property Centre was announced as the Gold winner of the Regional - South West Agency of the Year award in recognition of our successful branches located across Gloucestershire.
In addition, we also picked up Silver in the Regional: East Midlands & West Midlands Agency of the Year category for our two branches in Worcester.
Agents are judged by a group of respected professionals with years of experience in the property industry, and winners are selected based on several criteria ranging from the growth and development of an agent’s brand to its innovation and the services it offers.
