We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with strong experience to join our dynamic Head Office-based Marketing team.
Assisting the Senior Marketing Manager in the implementation of all digital marketing & on-line campaigns, designed to support the Company achieve its overall business objectives.
To be successful in the role, you will be degree-educated and an excellent communicator, with marketing experience, be highly organised, able to juggle multiple projects and show meticulous attention to detail.

Main Duties
- Work closely with Senior Marketing Manager to manage and continually develop The Property Centre website, assisting with the production of any new content.
- Improve SEO and continually work on this to ensure page 1 rankings
- Manage Google My Business listings
- Work closely with Senior Marketing Manager to manage both automated and marketing emails. Devise new e-marketing materials & campaigns
- Work with branch teams re: our online reviews
- Support Social Media Executive in line with wider company objectives (driving Company awareness, following, traffic and engagement on key social media channels), as well as assist with writing Company website blogs
- Write digital press releases and content for online marketing
- As part of the integrated marketing approach, ensure that any imagery and campaigns are replicated across all digital channels and update when necessary (Rightmove advertising etc)
- Refresh digital presentation materials for sales and lettings as necessary
- Help to monitor success and effectiveness of digital marketing activities (Google Analytics, AHREFS)
- Assist with co-ordination and support at adhoc events. This may involve work out of normal office hours
- Liaise with any required external vendors
Candidate Attributes
- A passion and enthusiasm for digital marketing
- Solid SEO experience
- Experience in e-marketing
- Excellent communications and copywriting skills
- Experience in reporting and analytics
- Good IT skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
- Ability to work as part of a team, alone, and with people of varying seniority
- Must be highly organised, able to juggle multiple projects and show meticulous attention to detail
Salary
£28,000 - £30,000 dependent on experience
Hours
Monday - Friday 9.00 a.m. – 5.30 p.m.
