Experienced Property Manager - Gloucester - Full Time

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Property Manager to join our friendly, hardworking and committed team based in our Quedgeley Head Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administrative duties.
  • Producing all new tenancy agreements in line with the Company’s quality standards.
  • Managing any changes or updates to the terms of the tenancy.
  • New tenant administration, including the processing of tenant application forms.
  • Receive calls from tenants reporting maintenance queries.
  • Written communication to Landlords concerning maintenance required and action taken as per their terms of business.
  • Booking and completing management visits.
  • Email management visit reports to Landlords.
  • View properties as and when required as maintenance queries are raised.
  • Manage key list – chasing keys from contractors/tenants/Landlords as required.
  • Management of properties daily, including utilities and issues raised by tenants/landlords.

Key Skills:

  • Experienced in property management.
  • Well-presented, friendly and approachable.
  • Good administration skills.
  • Have the ability to work with all types of people.
  • Organised, reliable and proactive.
  • Must have a driving licence and own car.

Hours

Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5.30 pm

Salary

£25,000 – £28,500 dependent on experience
