We are currently recruiting for a full-time Property Manager to join our friendly, hardworking and committed team based in our Quedgeley Head Office
Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative duties.
- Producing all new tenancy agreements in line with the Company’s quality standards.
- Managing any changes or updates to the terms of the tenancy.
- New tenant administration, including the processing of tenant application forms.
- Receive calls from tenants reporting maintenance queries.
- Written communication to Landlords concerning maintenance required and action taken as per their terms of business.
- Booking and completing management visits.
- Email management visit reports to Landlords.
- View properties as and when required as maintenance queries are raised.
- Manage key list – chasing keys from contractors/tenants/Landlords as required.
- Management of properties daily, including utilities and issues raised by tenants/landlords.
Key Skills:
- Experienced in property management.
- Well-presented, friendly and approachable.
- Good administration skills.
- Have the ability to work with all types of people.
- Organised, reliable and proactive.
- Must have a driving licence and own car.

Hours
Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5.30 pm
Salary
£25,000 – £28,500 dependent on experience
