We were in a real rush as we’d finally seen the house we wanted, James went out of his way and came even in on his day off to get our house on the market. The very next day, Kelly did a flurry of viewings and sold it for over the asking price (and £8000 more than any other agent had valued it at). We have just exchanged contracts and are due to move next week. It’s always a stressful experience when moving but James went out of his way to make it as easy as possible. What a great team.
