To mark our 20th Anniversary in 2017, The Property Centre is doing 20 things to support local charities. Following on from our amazing success in 2016, scaling The Three Peaks in 24 hours and raising over £5,000 for National Star, this June we'll attempt our toughest test yet - The Cotswold Way Challenge!
16 staff members from different branches and departments are willing to brave the blisters and take part in this arduous challenge, walking a total of 100 km from Bath to Cheltenham in just 36 hours - which could mean more of a jog than a walk!
With just days to go our Partner, Steve Jones, isn’t taking anything for granted, “I don't want to underestimate what lies ahead of us - it's going to be a tough 36 hours! I've been out walking most days for a couple of hours. Lola, my cocker spaniel, loves it and it's a great way to enjoy the countryside we live in. I'm looking forward to the challenge and raising money for The National Star, it's such a worthy local charity”.
We're also pleased to announce that ‘Chef au Van’ will be supporting us on this challenge – delicious food to keep the team going!
