The fifth annual Bussage Bear Hunt took place last month and, as avid supporters, we were keen to get our boards up to promote this event!
HUNDREDS of families went on the bear hunt to raise money for Bussage Primary School.
Armed with maps, the Hunters tracked down 35 bears, before returning to the school for homemade cakes and refreshments.
There was an array of bear-tiful scenes along the way, including our very own ‘Bear-y Poppins’, ‘Star Roars’, ‘Fur-mula 1’, 'Extinction Re-bear-llion' 'Roar-y McIllroy' and ‘Teddy Mercury’.
At the end of the two day event, votes were counted for the people’s favourite and our Bear-y Poppins nailed 3rd place!!
The event was a huge success and Bussage Primary School raised a bear-credible £4,200!!
