A Fantastic Year for The Property Centre’s Abbeymead Branch
Over the last 12 months, The Property Centre’s newest office, situated in the heart of Abbeymead, has grown to become the area's Top-Selling Agent with an impressive 39% share of the market.
Branch Manager Alex Diett is delighted with his team’s achievements, “Since opening in June 2015 we have been extremely successful at selling properties within the area, achieving exceptional prices for our vendors and the whole team is justifiably proud of our Top-Selling Agent statistics. Although it’s only been 12 months, we already feel a real part of the local community and have used our knowledge of the area to help countless buyers find their dream home here”.
Being an active member of the community is hugely important to the Gloucestershire based estate agency. They’ve supported a number of local schools with their work experience placements and like to get involved with local community groups. In fact, they’re delighted to be one of the main sponsors again at this year's Abbeymead Rovers Football Tournament, due to take part on 11 & 12 June at Heron Park by Abbeymead Community Centre.
There’s double delight for valued team member, Luke Shearman, who has been promoted to the position of Assistant Branch Manager, “I’m really pleased that the company has recognised my achievements and feel proud to have been given the role of Assistant Branch Manager. I’ve been working in the area for a number of years now so I have a strong bond with the local community and have made many great friends here.”
Three brave members of the Abbeymead office Alex, Luke and Christian are also pulling on their hiking boots to take part in the company’s National Three Peaks Challenge on 17 and 18 June where they aim to conquer the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales in just 24 hours, with all monies raised going to support local charity, National Star.
