Covid-19 Safe Valuation Policy

Here at The Property Centre, keeping our staff and our customers safe and healthy remains our top priority.

If you, or any member of your household currently has, or has had in the last 14 days, any symptoms of Covid-19 or is currently self-isolating, please can you make us aware asap as we will not be able to come and value your property.

Whilst it is no longer mandatory, our staff will continue to wear a face-covering when arriving to conduct your property valuation. If you request that our staff member continues to wear a mask during the valuation, then we will abide by your request.

We are also maintaining social distance wherever possible and would ask that you do the following, prior to our arrival

Please open all internal doors and ensure your home is as well ventilated as possible.
Your valuer will remove their shoes and will endeavour not to touch anything. However, in the event of this being necessary, please be assured that they have used hand sanitiser prior to entering your property.

Whilst we are happy for you to accompany your valuer whilst they undertake the appraisal, we would ask that you maintain a 2 metre distance wherever possible. Similarly, once the appraisal has been completed, we would ask that you maintain this distance during any discussions with your valuer.
